Vintage Embellishments for your Projects & Home

The drawers in my sewing room are full to the brim with wonderful vintage laces, buttons, old jewelry, and linens. Some are hand me downs from my family and friends, others were added from finds at antique and thrift shops. Some of my favorite treasures were used on the covers of my patterns while others are waiting their turn.

It's fun to adorn our art quilts with beautiful trims, old hankies, or one of grandmother's favorite pieces of jewelry. Rather than out of sight in a drawer or trunk, it's now shared with everyone that passes by—memories now a visual part of our everyday life.

Many of the pieces that I'll be adding to my little vintage shop will be one-of-a-kind pieces, so you'll want to stop by often to see what's been added.
